Booking Terms

Bookings are created through the public booking journey or through an approved corporate workflow. Guests should review the event date, time, venue, seating zone, guest count and contact details before continuing.

A booking may remain pending until payment is successfully confirmed and the platform issues the relevant confirmation or ticket.

Tickets are delivered digitally immediately after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery methods include email, live digital ticket access and PDF download. Guests should ensure that the email address and mobile number supplied during booking are correct.

The platform may suggest a best-fit table or seating zone based on availability, party size and venue rules. Final seating remains subject to operational requirements, venue layout, table availability and any confirmed table changes.

Guests should contact Guest Services promptly if accessibility, mobility, dietary or special seating considerations apply.

Guests are expected to arrive with a valid ticket or booking reference, respect venue staff, follow venue instructions and avoid conduct that disrupts the experience for others.

The Royal Countess may refuse admission or remove a guest where behaviour, safety or ticket validity requires it, subject to applicable law.

Late arrivals may affect seating, service timing and access to parts of the performance. Guests should arrive at the time communicated with their booking or ticket.

The venue team will assist where possible, but late seating is not guaranteed if it would disrupt the experience.

Guests with accessibility requirements should notify The Royal Countess as early as possible. The team will make reasonable efforts to assist, subject to venue constraints and availability.
